That’s okay! That’s a majority of people, believe it or not. We’re here to make this a comfortable experience for you and get your body in its most optimal form.
How does this work?
BodyBlueprint MT offers convenient, mobile and home studio, therapeutic bodywork sessions called Blueprints.
Each Blueprint focus’ on a specific modality either, preparing athletes with a pre/post game session, utilizing therapeutic techniques for pre/post injury care or, stretching to ensure proper body mechanics and mobility.
An assessment is completed at the first session to create a plan that best fits the individual. This plan can change each session depending on if there is an injury or goal shift.
As we are a mobile business you may choose to be seen at a location you are most comfortable with or at the BodyBlueprint MT home studio.
Please note that any location more than an hour outside of the central phoenix area will incur a travel charge.

At BodyBlueprint MT, we are focused on ensuring each person can feel free in their own body utilizing; massage therapy, manual therapy, stretching and many other modalities.

This varies, but it is really up to you and your Therapist. Based on your assessment, your Therapist will work with you and recommend a session plan for you.

This is completely up to you. Your Therapist may recommend a specific schedule based on your goals but you decide how frequently you want to be seen. Remember that consistency is important to reach your goals. We offer weekly, biweekly and monthly scheduling.

Keep in mind that the work being done is hands on and can be working around injured areas. It is possible for you to feel some type of discomfort during your session but pain is NEVER the goal!
Your Therapist will be checking in with you on your comfort level and will adjust as needed to your comfort.
The Therapist may ask you where you are on an intensity scale (your own scale) of 1-10. We shoot for about a 7 in most modalities; if it approaches being too intense, just tell the Therapist that you are closing in on or at your limit. Some people like a more vigorous session, others less so; the session is in your control.

This can depend on the modality being done but can wear as much or as little clothing as you are comfortable with.
For stretching sessions we suggest workout clothes, gym shorts, yoga gear, loose fitting shorts, T-shirts.
For massage sessions you are more than welcome to keep all your clothes on. Gliding on the skin will be difficult so compression will be the main modality used in these situations. The closer to skin we can get the better we can work the muscle.

There is no strict age limit. We welcome clients of all ages! However, a parent or guardian will have to sign our consent form for anyone under 18.
